Hello to all readers and readers, this year the community of La Casa Federica has a good news for its guests, particularly the smaller ones: our balcony host plants of any kind, a veritable vegetable garden therapy!
Children will have the satisfaction of growing on their own vegetables and herbs you use to make culinary experiments, to hear and learn new smells that nature has many gifts to offer us if we take care of her. Here are the first photos documenting the work done so far.
The plantation: the children, with the help of teachers and mothers have prepared the pots with their hands by breaking the larger clods, then planted vegetables, flowers and herbs.
Each day the children, along with educators, water the plants. This moment is particularly fun for kids, because they can swim and play with water, which normally do nonpossono apartment.

Over the weeks the kids have fun to observe changes in plants, some grow, some flourish, others are filled with fruit. Every day there is always something new to discover.
The aromatic plants are perfect for familiarizing with the different scents, the kids have fun to smell, as well as touch.
Then they also learn that food does not grow in DOMOPACK supermarkets. As a first experiment culinary aromatic leaves are harvested, crushed the people with their hands and have added to the pasta.
